Prohibition in Seattle: Bootleggers, Rumrunners and more!

In 1916 Seattle went dry three years prior to the passing of the Volstead Act. Join us as author Brad Holden (IG: @seattle_artifacts), shares with us colorful tales of the famous and infamous characters of the era. The presentation will be on Thursday, February 27, in the Ames Library Seminar Room (located on the second floor, Seattle Pacific University campus. Socializing begins at 7pm, followed by the program at 7:30pm. This presentation is free and open to the public. Free parking in the SPU parking lot/garage at W.Dravus St. and 4th Av. W.
