An Historic Occasion
In one night, you get everything you love: friends, drinks, dinner, and an outstanding lecture by an expert in northwest history or one of the luminaries making history. The banquet is held at the beginning of the year – check the calendar for specifics.
2012 Banquet
On the evening of January 12, 2012 we met at South Seattle Community College’s Brockey Center. It was our first time at SSCC, and it went great. John Findlay received the annual award. WSHS’s retired director David Nickandri gave a speech on the history of Pacific Northwest history and teasers on his new work on Captain Cook and Tacoma — two separate topics. Here was the complete program.
